Join us for a transformative Conscious Breathwork and Reiki event led by Breathwork Facilitator Aliz Axmann and Reiki Master Alyssa Johnson.
This unique experience combines the power of conscious connected breathing with the healing energy of Reiki to help release stress, repressed emotions, and connect with your true Self.
During the first part of the event, we’ll embark on a trauma-informed transformative breathwork journey leveraging specific breathing techniques designed to help your body access repressed emotions, feelings, and memories, facilitating their release and promoting emotional healing.
We’ll guide you to safely access non-ordinary states of consciousness to help you transform limiting beliefs, achieve greater clarity, and unlock new levels of creativity. This process can lead to increased trust, confidence, self-love, and a sense of emotional freedom.
During the second part, we’ll guide you through a meditative and restorative breathwork journey that supports integration and relaxation. This practice will help you integrate the insights and experiences from the first part of the journey, support emotional healing and regulation, and cultivate a deep sense of calm and inner peace.
During the event, Reiki energy will be gently channeled to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit, facilitating deep healing and restoring balance. This subtle yet powerful energy work will help clear any blockages, release stagnant emotions, and promote a sense of flow throughout your entire system.
All levels of experience are welcome! Whether you're new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, this event provides a great opportunity for personal growth, emotional release, healing, and relaxation.

How to prepare:
-Avoid consuming alcohol or any other mind-altering substances 24 hours before the event.
-Refrain from eating for at least two hours before the event.
-Arrive well-hydrated.
What to bring: Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully. Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and lip balm for added comfort. Mats, blankets, and bolsters will be provided. Eyemasks are optional.
Aliz is a certified Breathwork Facilitator and Meditation Teacher, as well as a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Alyssa Johnson is a Social Worker and Behavioral Health Therapist, Reiki Master, and Intuitive Healer. They offer individual as well as group sessions.
